Przedmiotem zamówienia są zlecone przez BGK usługi polegające na wdrożeniu i zarządzaniu Instrumentem Finansowym Pożyczka z premią na poprawę efektywności energetycznej (zwaną dalej: Jednostkowa Pożyczka/Pożyczka) przeznaczonym na finansowanie projektów/inwestycji w zakresie zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego przez Ostatecznych Odbiorców.
