Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (Digdir) skal etablere en dynamisk innkjøpsordning for å dekke direktoratets behov for tjenester innen fagområdet sikkerhetsrådgivning og -tester. Behovet for tjenester er bl.a. knyttet til nasjonale fellesløsninger, men det er også behov for konsulentstøtte til oppgaver og prosjekter knyttet til direktoratets øvrige funksjoner.
