Planung, Genehmigung, Produktion, Lieferung und Errichtung eines Verfügungsgebäudes, Gesamtnutzfläche ca. 3 450 m² NF 1-6 DIN 277. Die überwiegende Nutzung besteht aus Büroräumen sowie einem Anteil an Hörsaal-, Seminar- und Projektraumflächen. Das Gebäude ist als schlüsselfertige TU-Leistung in Holz-/Holzhybridbauweise inkl. aller zugehörigen Planungsleistungen ab LPH 1 zu errichten. Die BNB-Zertifizierung in Silber ist durchzuführen, Energiestandard EGB 40 ist einzuhalten.
