Description
Delaftalen omfatter modtagelse og behandling af emballeret farligt affald indsamlet på ordregivers genbrugspladser og hos mindre erhvervsvirksomheder. Leverandøren skal modtage affaldet og sikre, at affaldet efterfølgende behandles på et godkendt behandlingsanlæg. Leverandøren skal desuden levere de nødvendige emballager, faremærker og vermiculite til brug for ordregivers emballering, mærkning og transport af det farlige affald. Ordregiver forestår som udgangspunkt transporten af det emballerede farlige affald frem til leverandørens modtageadresse, mens leverandøren efter modtagelsen har ansvar for korrekt modtagelse, kontrol, behandling, afsætning, dokumentation og rapportering.
