Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na odbieraniu i transporcie do instalacji komunalnej wskazanych w opisie zamówienia odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Leżajsk w roku 2027, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.
