Description
10 no. single storey residential units within the grounds of the existing Jigginstown Manor supported housing facilities. The proposed residential unit breakdown will comprise of 6 no. 2-bedroom supported housing dwellings of 85 sq.m each, 4 no. 1-bedroom supported housing dwellings of 55 sq.m each. The development shall be accessed via the existing entrances at Jigginstown Manor, including a modified existing internal vehicular entrance. The associated site and infrastructural works include provision of a new internal access roadway and pedestrian paths, parking spaces, provisions for water services, foul and surface water drainage and connections, landscaping and boundary treatments and all other associated ancillary and development works and services
