De gemeente Dronten is voornemens om een meerjarenonderhoudsovereenkomst te sluiten met SPIE Nederland B.V., vestiging Wijhe, voor het integrale onderhoud van brug De Knip, op basis van artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (uitsluiting van mededinging wegens technische redenen). Concreet is sprake van een situatie waarin uitsluitend SPIE de opdracht kan uitvoeren vanwege technische specificaties, interoperabiliteit en kennis van systeemarchitectuur, en waar vervanging tot onevenredige technische risico’s en kosten zou leiden.
