Rückbau und Entsorgung von ca. 21 St.alter Plattenheizkörper und ca. 180m Rohrleitungen DN12 bis DN50, Montage von ca. 52 neuer Heizflächen als Röhrenradiatoren und ca. 360m Rohrleitungen aus nichtrostendem Chromstahl DN 12 bis DN40 mit Anschluss an Bestandsleitungen. Montage Fußbodenheizung-Verteiler und ca. 630 m² Fußbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss mit 16 Heizkreisen. Wärmedämmung an neuer Heizungsinstallation und Austausch von ca. 480m KMF-Bestandsdämmung.
