Description

SLM heeft behoefte aan juridische ondersteuning bij het contracteren, het omgaan met juridische (compliance) vraagstukken en aanverwante werkzaamheden. De scope van de Opdracht betreft het bieden van juridische en aanvullende juridische dienstverlening aan SLM inzake de contractering en contractwijzigingen van Microsoft, Google Cloud en AWS. Naast de grote Amerikaanse Hyperscalers richt SLM zich de laatste jaren ook op Europese aanbieders van Cloud- en IT-diensten zoals STACKIT, OVH Cloud en ESET. De verwachting is dat er meer Europese partijen zullen volgen, het is nog niet bekend welke dit zijn.
