Felnőtt arteria radialis kanülálásához használatos kanül beszerzése 1900 db/12 hó mennyiségben a Közbeszerzési Dokumentáció részét képező Műszaki Leírásban részletesen meghatározottak szerint. A beszerzés tárgyának meghatározása a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdés rendelkezésének figyelembevételével történt a beszerzendő termékek jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében. Ajánlatkérő a megnevezett termékekkel (és gyártmányokkal) egyenértékű teljesítést elfogad. Kétség esetén az egyenértékűség bizonyítása ajánlattevőt terheli.
