De opdracht omvat eveneens alle opleidingen alsook alle eventueel noodzakelijke accessoires, toebehoren. Er wordt gevraagd om de prijs en voorwaarden van een onderhoudscontract mee op te geven in zowel de inventaris als bijlage x - optioneel onderhoudscontract. Gedurende de eerste 24 maanden na aanschaf is men gebonden aan de wettelijke waarborgtermijn om herstellingen uit te voeren en defecten op te lossen.
