Description
Stufenweise Beauftragung von Generalplanerleistungen mit den Fachlosen Objektplanung nach HOAI Teil 3 Abschnitt 1, Tragwerksplanung nach HOAI Teil 4 Abschnitt 1, Gebäudetechnik nach HOAI Teil 4 Abschnitt 2, Bauphysik nach HOAI Anlage 1 und Brandschutz nach AHO jeweils über alle Leistungsphasen. Erarbeitung von Austausch und Neustrukturierung der gesamten gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, Modernisierung des Innenausbaus in Anlehnung an den Anbau von 2014, energetische Aufwertung, Planung der Sanierungsmaßnahmen in der Tiefgarage sowie Entwicklung der notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebes in den angrenzenden Nutzungsbereichen von Hotel und Konferenzanbau.
