Description
De opdracht behelst het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering op afroep van frisdranken, waters en bieren aan diverse locaties van Stad Veurne, OCMW Veurne en EVA-vzw De Vleermuis. De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten voor een initiële duur van één jaar en wordt vervolgens maximaal drie keer stilzwijgend verlengd met telkens één jaar, zodat de totale looptijd maximaal vier jaar bedraagt. De bestellingen, leveringen en facturatie verlopen afzonderlijk per leveringsplaats en rechtspersoon.
