Lepingu esemeks on lepingu perioodil seiremastide hooldustööde tellimine, mille täpsem kirjeldus on toodud Lisas 1 - tehniline kirjeldus, mis on AvTS § 35 lg 1 p 6 (1) alusel kinnitatud asutusesiseseks kasutamiseks. Pakkuja peab esitama ühikuhinnad Lisas 2.
