Provision of Digital Technology Agency Staff - Banner Support

Description

The provision of specialist consultancy, implementation and programme delivery services to support the Banner student record system upgrade project and migration to the cloud. The Supplier uses a proprietary workforce planning tool and methodology to translate the university's requirements into a detailed resource model, identifying the specialist Banner skills and capacity required at each stage of the programme. Direct award justification: Single supplier - intellectual property or exclusive rights Schedule 5 of the Procurement Act 2023 direct award justification - possession of intellectual property rights. Higher Digital owns the intellectual property rights (copyright) relating to the software used to deliver the service, which uses this software to assess the university's output requirements, which determines the level of resources needed.
