1. Wymagania techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w Załączniku nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Na podstawie Załączników do SWZ nr 3 (Formularz Cenowy) oraz nr 5 (Wymagania techniczne) – zostaną przygotowane załączniki do umowy. 3. Warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określono w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ stanowiące Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy. 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych na poszczególne kompleksowe grupy.. 5. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość zaoferowania wyrobów równoważnych zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w rozdz. III ust. 11 - 16 SWZ oraz Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ.
