Upphandlingen avser CAD licenser samt bevakning och administration av Beställarens licensavtal. Leverantören ska aktivt agera som en strategisk rådgivande partner och bistå Beställaren med expertis och sakkunnighet inom det område som omfattas av avtalet. Leverantören ska bland annat ansvara för att löpande tillhandahålla information om licensmodeller, licensvillkor, prisutveckling, support samt uppgraderingar.
