Raamleping sõlmitakse ühe pakkujaga. Raamlepingu alusel on võimalik printereid osta või rentida, tellida lisaks täishooldusteenus ja muid lisateenuseid. Hinnad fikseeritakse koos nende indekseerimisvõimalusega kogu raamlepingu kehtivusperioodiks. Raamlepingu eeldatav maksumus on määratud mõningase varuga, arvestades seejuures varasemate soetuste maksumusi.
