Description
Für einzelne durch das BVA bestimmte Stellen (Führungsfunktionen ab A 15 /16 BBesO und vergleichbare Tarifgruppen gemäß TVöD Bund) soll als zusätzliches Instrument der Personalgewinnung Headhunting genutzt werden. Ziel ist über die Kontaktaufnahme gezielt, diskret und aktiv mittels Direktansprache (Direct Search) per Telefon, E-Mail oder Business Netzwerke qualifizierte und oft sehr spezialisierte Fach- und Führungskräfte zu suchen und auszuwählen. Erschlossen werden soll hierüber ein Personenkreis, der sich ohne direkte Ansprache nicht auf eine Stelle bewerben würde.
