Description
Die Stadt Heinsberg plant die klimaresiliente Umgestaltung des Markplatzes in der Heinsberger Innenstadt. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung dient der Auswahl eines Fachplanungsbüros für die Freianlagenplanung, welches die Planung auf Grundlage der vorhandenen Vorarbeiten bzw. der vorliegenden Machbarkeitsstudie vornimmt und die Umsetzung bis zur Fertigstellung begleitet. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen ab Leistungsphase 1 bis Leistungsphase 8 gemäß §§ 38 ff HOAI. Zusätzlich werden besondere Leistungen gemäß des beigefügten Preisblattes beauftragt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt als Stufenvertrag: - 1. Stufe: Leistungsphasen 1, 2 und 3 - 2. Stufe: Leistungsphasen 4, 5 und 6 - 3. Stufe: Leistungsphase 7 und 8
