Description
Für die Fraunhofer-Institute ISI und IOSB in Karlsruhe soll ein neues Institutsgebäude im Rahmen einer Zuwendungsmaßnahme nach RZBau, in der Fraunhoferstraße 1 in 76131 Karlsruhe errichtet werden. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um eine Arbeitsstätte für 430 Mitarbeitende sowie rund 150 studentische Hilfskräfte. Hierfür werden ca. 7.145 m² Nutzfläche NF 1- 6, bestehend aus Büro-, Konferenz-, Seminar- und Werkstattflächen, Rechenzentrum sowie einer Großküche inkl. Nebenräumen und Speiseraum mit entsprechender Infrastruktur benötigt. Für die Büroflächen (ca. 5.300 m² NF) soll ein neues Raumkonzept (NEW WORK) umgesetzt werden, welches auch mittelfristiges Wachstum ermöglicht. Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme sollen die neu errichteten Löschanlagen durch Sachverständige geprüft werden.
