Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ambulansu drogowego typu C z nadwoziem typu „furgon” dla SPZOZ „RM-MEDITRANS” finansowanego ze środków własnych. Ambulans musi spełniać wymogi norm: PN-EN 1789+A1, PN-EN 1865-2, PN-EN 1865-3, PN-EN 1865-4, PN-EN 1865-5 lub równoważne. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się wykonać przedmiot zamówienia zgodnie ze wszystkimi wymaganiami Zamawiającego wskazanymi w niniejszej SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zamówień na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 i 8 ustawy Pzp (zamówienia na dodatkowe dostawy). Zamawiający nie przewiduje prawa opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu.
