L'exploitation du centre de tri des emballages ménagers du Syndicat Mixte Lys Audomarois (SMLA) comprend l'utilisation à sa vocation première et l'entretien des moyens mis à disposition par le SMLA sur le site d'Arques pour trier et transférer les emballages ménagers et journaux-revues-magazines des collectivités adhérentes, conformément aux spécifications du CCTP. Le tri devra obligatoirement être effectué sur le site sauf délestage en cas de panne ou de demande du SMLA
