Description
Die Landesverwaltung NRW beabsichtigt, innovative Impulse von innovativen Unter-nehmen(in der Folge auch "Innovationspartner") zu nutzen, um Lösungen für Bedarfe und spezifische Problemstellungen in der Verwaltung zu finden. Gleichzeitig soll mit diesem Rahmenvertrag die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, innovativen Unternehmen einen Marktzugang zur Verwaltung zu eröffnen. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein kompeten-ter Innovationsmentor gesucht, der als alleiniger Vertragspartner von IT.NRW und als das Bindeglied zwischen den Innovationspartnern und IT.NRW bzw. den Kunden fungiert.
