Description
Høgskolen i Østfold ønsker å inngå en avtale om rådgivningstjenester knyttet til campusutvikling og realisering av ny campusløsning i Fredrikstad. Vi har behov for bistand i konkurransefasen, ved forhandlinger og kontraktsinngåelse, samt til oppfølging av høgskolens behov og interesser i dialog med valgt tilbyder frem mot ferdigstillelse av ny campusløsning, planlagt til 2030. Rådgivningsbistanden skal støtte prosjekteier i å ivareta høgskolens interesser, beslutningsbehov og ansvarsområder i prosjektet. Leverandøren skal fungere som en sparringspartner for prosjekteier og bidra til god prosjekt- og eierstyring. Bistanden vil ha et særlig ansvar for å styrke høgskolens forståelse av tekniske og økonomiske interesser i dialog med de som inviteres til konkurranse/forhandlinger og deretter med valgt tilbyder.
