Description
RVTS East, part of the foundation Pilar, shall enter into an agreement with one tenderer for the transfer, further development and operation of the electronic learning game at snakkemedbarn.no. The learning game is avatar-based and is used for training on difficult conversations with children and youth about, among other things, violence, assault, mental health, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. The target group is employees in schools, nurseries, health centres, child protection, PPT and others who meet children and young people in vulnerable situations. The procurement includes transferring existing professional content and data basis to the tenderer's system in a establishment phase, operation, maintenance and user support, further development of existing content and avatars, as well as the development of new avatars and scenarios as ordered. The contracting authority places the greatest emphasis on subject quality, educational accuracy, learning effect and control over avatars ́ behaviour. The content and data shall be structured and reusable independent of the supplier. The contract will be signed on SSA-L and the procurement is not divided into sub-contracts.
