Description
The Office of Rail and Road has committed to carry out a comprehensive review of its Pay and Reward Strategy for all pay grades below the Senior Civil Service (SCS). The aim is to ensure that ORR has a strategy in place that delivers an equitable and consistent approach to pay and reward which is understood and supported by colleagues. The review will be informed by meaningful engagement with the Executive Committee (ExCo), employees, the Staff Representative Group and recognised trade unions to ensure that the future strategy delivers equitable outcomes, remains externally competitive, and effectively supports the recruitment and retention of high-performing individuals while promoting a culture of fairness.
