a) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej „OPZ”. Pomocniczo Zamawiający udostępnia przedmiar robót. b) Zamówienie należy zrealizować zgodnie z OPZ, obowiązującymi przepisami Prawa Budowlanego, normami i warunkami technicznymi wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych. c) Wymagany przez Zamawiającego okres gwarancji na wykonane roboty budowlane minimum 2 lata, maksimum 3 lata, licząc od daty protokolarnego odbioru prac.
