Description
Velindre University NHS Trust has awarded a contract for the provision of specialist organisational development consultancy services to support its organisational transformation programme. The scope of the contract includes the development of a Leading Change Toolkit, a refresh of the Trust's Behavioural Framework, and the production of a Leadership Development Options Paper. The contract will support leadership development, organisational resilience, workforce capability and effective change management, including preparation for the move to the New Velindre Cancer Centre in 2027. The contract has been awarded by direct award to HICO.
