Description

Sub-contract 1 Sub-contract 1 includes, among other things, demolition work and external work of a minor extent, renovation of bathrooms and kitchens, as well as general maintenance. The contract can be used for other tradesman works that involve several disciplines. Tenderers must be certified as a responsible applicant. Award criteria: * Price: 60 % * Assignment comprehension: 40 % Call-off mechanism: Direct call-offs.
