Description
Die Leistung umfasst die vollständige, betriebsbereite Errichtung der Gebäudeautomation für das Bettenhaus BA2 einschließlich Automationsstationen, Raumautomation, Feldgeräten, Sensoren, Aktoren, Schaltschränken, Datenschnittstellen, Bedien- und Beobachtungssystemen, Brandschutzklappen-Überwachung, Verkabelung sowie der erforderlichen Software- und Programmierleistungen. Bestandteil der Leistung sind ferner die Integration und Vernetzung sämtlicher TGA-Anlagen über BACnet und weitere Bussysteme, die Erstellung der Werk- und Montageplanung, Parametrierung, Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfungen, Probebetrieb, Dokumentation, Schulung des Betriebspersonals sowie die vollständige Übergabe einer funktionsfähigen Gebäudeautomationsanlage.
