Programme Management Service for Collaborative Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Project

Description

Experienced programme management and PMO service to lead a collaborative EPR discovery and procurement readiness programme across multiple NHS Trusts. The service will support governance, stakeholder engagement, requirements development, options appraisal of EPR licensing and contracting models, business case development, and procurement preparation, ensuring a compliant, evidence-based approach while balancing collaboration with Trust-level autonomy. The initial term of contract is October 2026 to 31 March 2028. Additional information: Contract awarded following a procurement under CCS Framework RM1557.14 (G-Cloud 14), comprising longlist and shortlist evaluations.
