Upphandlingen avser ett överordnat systemstöd för administration och styrning av passersystem, digitala nycklar, användare, behörigheter och tillhörande funktionalitet, såsom resursbokning, kort- och identitetshantering samt loggning och uppföljning. Upphandlingen omfattar systemstöd inklusive integrationer och API:er, support, underhåll, vidareutveckling, uppgraderingar, införande, utbildning och migrering samt, vid behov, tillhörande produkter och tilläggstjänster.
