Description

The Royal Liver housing development is a key strategic development located on the former Royal Liver Retail Park, Dublin 12, and forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordable sale, cost rental and social housing and apartments. The subject of this procurement competition is Phase 1 of Royal Liver and potential subsequent phases as per the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ("PQQ"). Refer to the PQQ for full details.
