Předmětem je tedy zajištění provozu kuchyně, jídelny, bistra či bufetu v pavilonu B09 (A9), na ulici Kamenice 753/5 a v pavilonu F01 (A1), na ulici Kamenice 126/3, 625 00, Brno – Bohunice. Jedná se zejména o následující služby: a) zajištění stravování pro studenty a zaměstnance v průběhu celého dne, b) provozování bufetu či bistra; c) správa svěřeného majetku, údržba a úklid stravovacího zařízení. Koncesní smlouva bude uzavřena na dobu 5 let.
