Description
Das Land Hessen betreibt zur Erbringung seiner Dienstleistungen Server- und Storagesysteme der Hersteller Dell, EMC2, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Netapp und Oracle. In ge-ringem Umfang werden zusätzlich Switches der Hersteller Alcatel, Cisco, HP, EMC und Brocade (<1%) in Fertiglösungen mit betreut. Nach Ablauf der Herstellerwartung für die o.g. Komponenten werden diese Systeme i.d.R. weitergenutzt. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Wartungsvertrages von Server- und Storagesystemen sowie Switchen außerhalb des Herstellersupports.
