Description
Beschafft werden soll ein vollautomatisiertes inverses Forschungs-Fluoreszenzmikroskop als betriebsfertige Gesamtlösung für standardisierte Routineaufnahmen und flexible Forschungsanwendungen. Das System soll insbesondere für automatisierte großflächige Aufnahmen von Pollen auf Hirst-Tape bzw. vergleichbaren Klebeträgern, auf mit Vaseline oder vergleichbaren Medien präparierten Objektträgern sowie von einzeln präparierten Referenzpollen eingesetzt werden. Weitere Anwendungen sind Phytoplankton in Objektträgern bzw. flachen Proben- und Zählkammern sowie kleine pflanzliche Referenzproben einschließlich Samen und Oberflächenstrukturen. Die erzeugten multimodalen Bilddatensätze sollen für quantitative Bildanalyse sowie für die Entwicklung und Evaluation von Methoden des maschinellen Lernens und der künstlichen Intelligenz genutzt werden.
