Description
Stortinget har behov for å inngå avtale med en leverandør som kan tilby digital tilgang til nyhetskilder som ikke dekkes av Stortingets eksisterende avtaler. Tilgangen skal være tilgjengelig via PC, nettbrett og mobiltelefon, og omfatte aviser i PDF-format eller tilsvarende e-avisformat. Avtalen forventes å omfatte om lag 200 aviser, men antallet tilgjengelige publikasjoner kan variere i avtaleperioden. Samtlige nyhetskilder skal være tilgjengelige gjennom én samlet plattform som gir brukerne en helhetlig og oversiktlig tilgang til innholdet, med gode søke- og navigasjonsmuligheter.
