Description
Der 2. Bauabschnitt der Erweiterung, des Umbaus und der Instandsetzung der Justizvollzugsanstalt Regensburg umfasst die denkmalgerechte Sanierung von zwei Bestandsgebäuden, den Abbruch von Nebengebäuden einschließlich erforderlicher Schadstoffsanierungs- und Rückbaumaßnahmen, die Errichtung eines Neubaus mit Hafträumen und integrierter Sporthalle sowie die Herstellung und Anpassung der Außenanlagen einschließlich Stellplätze, Erschließungsflächen und sicherheitsrelevanter Außenmauer. Die Umsetzung erfolgt bei laufendem Justizvollzugsbetrieb unter hohen Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Betriebsaufrechterhaltung, Denkmalschutz und Baustellenlogistik
