Kulturförvaltningen består av avdelningarna Kulturskolan Stockholm (KS), Stockholms stadsbibliotek (SSB), Museer och Konst (MoK), Liljevalchs konsthall, Evenemang och Kulturstrategiska samt Administrativa staben. Upphandlingen avser ytor i såväl publika ytor som kontorsytor och omfattar ca 70 lokaler om tillsammans ca 45 000 m² städyta. Verksamhet bedrivs i vissa av verksamheterna både dag och kvällar upptill sju dagar i veckan.
