Description

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of market and communication services, graphic design services and idea development, as well as other accompanying services that naturally belong in the contract area. A more detailed description of the procurement, its purpose and scope can be found in SSA-R Annex 1 General Description of the services included in the framework agreement. The expected annual value is approx. NOK 2-3 million per annum. The call-offs are expected to reduce somewhat, as the contracting authority has increased competence and capacity in the contracting authority's organisation. The contract is subject to possible reductions in government grants being able to reduce the marketing budget. The estimated amount is not binding for the contracting authority. The upper limit for call-offs on the framework agreement over 4 years is NOK 16 million. The contract start date is 01.05.24 at the earliest.
