Delaftale 1 vedrører afhentning af den løbende produktion af flyveaske, som skal genanvendes. Afhentning af den løbende produktion af flyveaske fra Renseanlæg Lynetten omfatter ca. 5.000 tons pr. år (tør flyveaske). Maksimal mængde pr. år vil være 6.000 tons. Afhentning af den løbende produktion af flyveaske fra Renseanlæg Avedøre omfatter ca. 2.500 tons pr. år (tør flyveaske). Maksimal mængde pr. år vil være 3.500 tons.
