Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen des Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support. Der geschuldete Leistungsumfang gliedert sich in folgende Leistungsblöcke: Leistungsblock A - Foundational Services Leistungsblock B - Enhanced Solutions: Enhanced Designated Engineering (EDE) Maßgeblich ist die als Anhang 1 zur Leistungsbeschreibung beigefügte "Unified Enterprise Support Services Description (USSD)", deutsche Fassung (Stand: November 2025). Die USSD gilt ergänzend für die nähere Ausgestaltung der o.g. Leistungsblöcke, insbesondere hinsichtlich Service Levels, Schweregraden, Reaktionszeiten und Leistungsbedingungen. Die AN stellt sicher, dass die Leistungserbringung unter Nutzung der originären Microsoft-Support- und Eskalationsstrukturen erfolgt.
