Description
Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Imatran urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 1 015 kilometriä, josta Ise 2-ajorataista noin 30 km, Is 2-ajorataista noin 5 km, Is 1-ajorataista noin 95 km, sorateitä noin 325 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 75 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan vaativa urakka.
