Le présent marché a pour objectif la tierce maintenance applicative et évolutive (TMA/TME), la maintenance applicative dans son ensemble (corrective, préventive, adaptative et évolutive) de l'application Oracle « E-business Suite » (ORACLE EBS) et de ses interfaces entrantes et sortantes associées. Il s'agit du dernier marché sur cet outil avant son remplacement, dont le démarrage est planifié en janvier 2028. Ce marché s'étendra jusqu'au décommissionnement d'Oracle EBS, prévu 6 mois après la bascule
