Description
This justification provides the rationale for contracting by other than full and open competition to award a sole source order. The general purpose of this order is to absorb the lease of a modular building already existing and installed on site at KSC, for a total period of 12 months. The rationale supporting the use of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2) is as described in the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
