Description
Halmstads kommun kommer under hösten 2026 att upphandla entreprenör för exploateringsområdet Tullkammarkajen. Projektet omfattar om- och nybyggnation av allmän platsmark, innehållande kajrenovering, gång- och cykelbroar, gator, ledningsnät och parker mm. Entreprenadform är totalentreprenad i strategisk samverkan i enlighet med ABT06. Området kommer att byggas i etapper med tidigaste byggstart 2028. Byggnationen föreslås påbörjas i norr för att gradvis expandera söderut. Projektet kommer att innebära samordning med exploatörer och angränsande projekt.
