Description
Der Auftrag umfasst den technischen Service- und Instandhaltungs-Support für die unter Ziffer 1 genannten Belichtungsmaschinen während des gesamten Leistungszeitraums. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - die planmäßige vorbeugende Instandhaltung (Preventive Maintenance / PM), - die technische Unterstützung bei Störungen, Fehlern und Maschinenausfällen, - die erforderliche Fehlerdiagnose und Fehlerbeseitigung, - die zur Wiederherstellung der spezifikationsgerechten Maschinenfunktion erforderlichen Service- und Reparaturleistungen, - die Beschaffung erforderlicher Ersatz- und Verschleißteile nach vorheriger Abstimmung und Freigabe durch den Auftraggeber sowie - die technische Dokumentation der erbrachten Serviceleistungen.
