Urgency: Der bestehende Sicherheitsdienstvertrag läuft seit dem 01.09.2025 und war inzwischen monatlich kündbar. Am 21.10.2026 teilte der bisherige Auftragnehmer dem UKR die Kündigung des Vertrags mit Wirkung zum 30.11.2026 mit. Die konkrete Kündigung verkürzt den bislang verfügbaren Zeitraum für Durchführung, Wertung, Zuschlag und Mobilisierung erheblich. Die fortlaufende Absicherung des Klinikbetriebs ist wegen des jederzeitigen Patienten-, Besucher- und Beschäftigtenverkehrs erforderlich.
