Předmětem plnění části 1 VZ je poskytování překladů odborných právnických textů souvisejících s agendou stížností a oznámení k mezinárodním orgánům ochrany lidských práv, zejména Evropskému soudu pro lidská práva (dále jen „ESLP“), Evropskému výboru pro sociální práva (dále jen „EVSP“) a smluvním orgánům Organizace spojených národů (dále jen „OSN“).
